This module simplifies the task of recording your transactions, allowing you to manage your cash register more dynamically and securely. Through an advanced management system, all your entries and exits are tracked and your data is synchronized in real time. Every action on the POS starts with opening a session on a terminal (tablet, computer, phone).
The cash register at the point of sale
At the Point of Sale (POS), the cash register is the primary terminal where various operations are recorded. It allows for the billing and collection of sales of items at a POS. Cash register sales optimize and simplify transactions thanks to the integrated POS solution. It integrates payment methods such as Mobile Money, Cash, and Bank Cards.
Synchronized with the inventory module, this cash management tool automatically updates stock levels and generates stock reports as it is used.

The point-of-sale cash report provides complete visibility on point-of-sale transactions: the sales volume per cashier, the sales volume and margins, the revenue, cash payments, the number of open invoices, visibility on the best sales of the day or month by cashiers with the sales amounts.
Session report
The session report for sales at the POS provides a detailed history of a sales session, allowing for optimal visibility on receipts, disbursements, balance initializations, and the ticket details of the cash registers during the session. This functionality is an asset for management control at the point of sale (POS). The filters available in the software facilitate the consultation and production of session reports.
Margin report
For the manager of a point of sale (POS), the margin report on sales is very important. On Mobility Cloud, the POS provides filters by period to view and print margin reports by item and by item category. Thanks to centralized management, the registers of different points of sale in a company are centralized and produce centralized reports on overall margins by period and by item.
